Our Services

Our ideal client brings 20+ tons over harvest and ages in barrel, though we also handle lots from 1 ton to 200+ tons and offer various sizes of concrete and stainless steel storage, as well (and can incorporate oak alternatives during storage). Fortress welcomes all grape varieties and wine styles. From grape reception through bottling, labeling, and documentation, we offer complete turnkey operations, including:
