Fortress Collaborative Tasting Experience
In partnership with The Anderson Paso, Fortress Custom Crush presents a rotating selection of wines crafted by a collective of talented, small-production winemakers. Each flight is thoughtfully curated to highlight a range of varietals, regions, and styles — bringing together diverse expressions of California wine under one roof.
Unlike a traditional tasting room, this program brings multiple winemakers together in one shared experience, allowing guests to explore a broader range of wines, styles, and stories in a single visit. Each glass represents not just a vineyard, but a vision.
